CaviCide is a convenient, ready-for-use, broad-spectrum intermediate level disinfectant for hard non-porous surfaces of medical and dental devices.\nCaviCide is effective against human coronavirus per ASTM E-1053-97, Tuberculosis (TB), viruses, bacteria and fungi.\nWith only 17% alcohol, CaviCide is less aggressive than commonly used products with high-alcohol content.\nIt is recommended to use CaviCide in accordance with the instructions for use and local infection control procedures and regulations.

CaviCide is an EU registered medical device suitable for disinfection of non-invasive medical devices and has demonstrated efficacy against Vaccinia Virus Ankara (MVA) according to up-to-date European testing (EN 14476) and is therefore effective against enveloped viruses such as: SARS-CoV-2, HIV, HBV, HCV, etc . More specifically, it has been shown CaviCide is effective against Human Coronavirus according to an internationally recognized and USA-EPA approved method (ASTM E1053-11).
